The ‘old fogies group’ who play social tennis twice a week are looking for new members. The group plays on Wednesday afternoons between 2 and 4pm and on Friday mornings between 10 and 12.30am.
“Our numbers are somewhat depleted at the moment due to a mixture of injuries and illness, so we’d welcome anyone who wants to come along and play,” says Marian George.
“Members or prospective members can just turn up as there are no fixed fours arranged. We just mix in.”
